This collection draws its inspiration from iconic nautical designs while also conjuring the line quality of tidal flow and ocean waves through the ebbing variation of the hand incised blue lines and the subtle flow of the pigment in the glaze firing.

The Herringbone Collection is all about color, rhythm, and pattern. My design inspiration originated with the vibrant hues and patterns of maritime braided ropes with a nod to the color blocking of the iconic Hudson Bay wool blankets. This pattern really shines with both coastal and cozy cabin vibes.
